Ice Cream Sandwiches

This is a fun lunch! Grilled cheese cut into cone-like wedges. A potato chip for a scoop of ice cream and a cheese cube cherry on top! Everyone always asks how much time I have on my hands. Let me think. None. So doing things like this to make the lunch more fun only takes like one minute longer, I promise. He was going to get this stuff anyway. I probably would have normally cut the sandwich in half, so there's 30 seconds to cut into wedges. I would have thrown a few chips and a few cheese cubes on his plate so another 30 seconds (maybe) to place them a little differently. I hope this inspires you!
