Happy Fourth of July! We were able attend our small town parade that was unofficial put on by local farmers. The local hardware store passed out little flags to the children and we had a lot of fun! There were a ton of huge tractors! I knew I wanted to make this easy peasy cheesecake when we got home so I took out the cream cheese to soften while we were out. When we got home it was perfect!
You’ll need:
Premade graham cracker crust
1 1/2 packages of softened cream cheese
2/3 cup of sour cream
1 cup of powdered sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla
Blueberries
Canned cherry pie filling or strawberries
To make:
Beat the sour cream and cream cheese until fluffy. Add the sugar and vanilla and beat. Smooth into the graham cracker crust. Add blueberries to the top left corner. Make stripes of cherries and throw it into the fridge!
This is the easiest recipe I’ve come across. It was located on the back of the graham cracker crust label.
