5 Must Play Games for Preschoolers

We love our games at school and at home! I like to alternate games and bring them home for a while so it's like they are new. Here are a few of our favorite games that are 1. quick 2. fun and 3. engaging for little attention spans. And I mean little in my guy's case haha I also play these games with my kinders at school and they are still a big hit!

1. Hackin' Packin' Alpaca
This alpaca "spits" water on you! It's so much fun to try to stack your items on the alpaca's back. Push his head down to start the timer, stack your items but watch out - if time runs out he will spit water on you!

2. Dragon Snacks
Say "abra ka dragon, show me your treasure!" and wave your hand in front of the dragon's belly. Watch his belly light up and his nose will light a certain color. Try to find a treasure the color of his nose by reaching into his mouth. He's a really cute dragon that makes little sounds and burps. This game is perfect for working on speech, practicing colors or following directions.

3. Baa Baa Bubbles
Feed Baa Baa her snacks but watch out! If she sneezes, she'll blow bubbles everywhere!

4. What's in Ned's Head?
A funny (and gross) game kids will love! Reach into Ned's plush head to feel around for the object that's on your card!

5. Pop the Pig
I've never met a kid that didn't like Pop the Pig! The kids at school BEG to play it. It's versatile in the school setting because they can do their work and play as a reward or target articulation a certain number of times then pick a burger. Spin to figure out which color burger you can pick, feed the pig the burger and push his head down that number of times. Be careful he doesn't POP!
Have you played these games? Which ones are your favorite?
